Susan will report to Dino Di Pancrazio, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of M3’s Mortgage Division.
In conjunction with the leadership team, Thomas will define, strategize, and lead the delivery of unique services, products, events, and training for M3’s upcoming Elite Program for brokers.
Susan’s career spans over 35 years, many with large financial institutions, focusing on management, investments, and financial planning before making the transition to the lender side.
Most recently, Susan has held key leadership positions within Invis Mortgage Intelligence’s executive, playing an integral part in driving strong broker engagement and market share momentum for the brands.
